dhFITclub - Fitness Fundamentals (60min)

Our standard boot camp program that serves beginner through advanced fitness levels. Our boot camps are designed to meet the needs of someone looking to enhance their fitness, lose weight and/or increase flexibility. We provide world-class coaching using a mix of therapeutic movement patterns along with various resistance training modalities such as kettlebell training, suspension training, calisthenics, clubbell training, plyometrics, band training, etc.

Intu-Flow - Muscle Recovery (30min)

This is a a great program that will serve to relieve joints of chronic tension and pain. Not only is this a great way to recover from intense physical activities it is also a great program for anyone just starting a fitness program after suffering an injury. The movements and therapeutic modalities introduced in this program are designed to restore natural function to the body by releasing excessive amounts of tension that refer throughout the body. dhFIT Burn - Quick fat burning workout (30min)

Strapped for time? This 30 min class will surely help you get the results you're looking for! Based on a 20/10 protocol (20 seconds work / 10 seconds rest), we will make sure you leave satisfied and well on your way to tremendous fat loss!

beachFIT - North Ave Beach Bootcamp!

This isn't your average beach bootcamp. We engage and target the entire body to achieve maximum results. Strengthen and tone your muscles and burn fat with a variety of techniques including body weight training, yoga, pilates, and various martial arts. beachFIT results in a more functionally fit body than most gym workouts.
